Brooke Schneider

President, Staffing Specialist

Brooke has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and has worked in the design industry for over 20 years. He was Director of Production at Creative Design Consultants where he hired, managed and trained over 60 designers. Brooke oversees every aspect of Source and his experience results in a deep understanding of what it takes to have a successful design career.

Christopher Ross

Director of Operations/IT/MIS

Christopher has a Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Masters in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc).   He is able to evaluate the technical capabilities of our candidates and provides technical and MIS support for Source.  He also coordinates and facilitates communication and scheduling for Source’s  offices.

Becca Cowan

Staffing Specialist

Becca is currently working towards a Doctorate in Psychology, and has life-long interest in working with people and the field of design. She has spent the last five years working as a therapist with autistic children.  Before her work as a therapist, she was a Visual Merchandiser for Restoration Hardware.  Becca currently resides in the Bay area and handles the Northern California Region.
